Test and interview
Shortlisted candidates are called for a short written test (Tally test for accountants) and a personal interview.

Joining
Selected candidates receive an appointment letter and join at the Jaipur office or at the assigned client.

What we look for
Requirements for each position.
- Accountant: B.Com or M.Com, with knowledge of Tally
- Research Associate: CA Intermediate, preferably both groups in the first attempt
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basics of GST and TDS
- Clear communication in Hindi and English
- Accuracy, discipline and willingness to learn
